Identification
On any lockout, the technician asks for evidence that the property or vehicle is yours before opening anything.
Estimates
You will know what's involved before the first tool comes out, and you may still say no.
Guarantee
The components installed and the work behind them are both covered. A failure means a return visit, not an argument.
Doors and hardware already damaged
Wear that was there before the visit is flagged at the start, and the options are explained.
Governing law
The law of the state where the job takes place governs these terms.
